LOS CEIBOS!!

Hey everyone!! What a crazy past couple of weeks! I got transferred...!! Treinta y Tres has my whole heart, honestly being there and getting to know the people really changed my life and i am so grateful that i got to spend almost 5 months there<3

Anyways my new area is called Los Ceibos! It's in a little town called Barros Blancos, and it's pretty close to Montevideo (the capital). The people here are so welcoming and I already love my new comp! It is pretty different area though! There is a big drought in Uruguay right now and I have been hearing for a while now that they ran out of water reserves...!! the people are saying that they started to pull water out of the ocean to use as drinking water. They say they add lots of chemicals to filter it, but they can't seem to get rid of the salt. I didn't believe it until i came here... and oh my gosh let me tell you that it is true!! even with two different high tech filters we cannot filter out the salt. Luckily I bought some real water today and now I feel like a million bucks hahaha!

Well I sure love you guys! How are you all doing?? Give my brother Max and my new sister-in-law ashley a big hug for me if you see them!!

Alma 31:37 And the Lord provided for them that they should hunger not, neither should they thirst; yea, and he also gave them strength, that they should suffer no manner of afflictionssave it were swallowed up in the joy of Christ. Now this was according to the prayer of Alma; and this because he prayed in faith.
