Wow!! Mission life is just crazy! We had transfers this friday and wouldnt you know...i got moved to a new area! I'm on to my 7th area in less than a year which is just wild! Not gonna lie, it is pretty hard having to change so much! Sometimes i feel like i never get to stay in an area long enough to see the influence of my work or see success. But i have faith that the lord knows me and puts me in the areas that i need to be in. Now the apartment complex i live in is literally called Glam,  and let me tell you, it definitely lives up to its name...its the nicest apartment ive lived in on the mission!!! We have a gym!!? And a view!! Hahaha. I'm counting my blessings, i know He's aware of me and He knew i needed a gym so he tranferred me here;);) Even though i was only in my other area with my comp for a week(?!) I was still sad to leave!! You'd think I'd be used to saying goodbye by now but somehow for me it hasn't really got any easier. But so far I'm likin...

Hey guys!! Soooo this week was super crazy! We got a call from our mission president early Wednesday morning saying that I had to pack my bags and leave my area...that same day!! I have never packed up all my things so fast! I was on the bus leaving Melo all before lunch. It all happened so fast that I didn't get to say bye to anyone,  you guys it was sooo sad. It broke my heart leaving like that! You'd think I'd be used to change by now but I'm not sure it gets any easier leaving people. Even though I was only in Melo for a short time I'm gonna miss th em all so much!! It did feel like a crazy adventure though. I traveled alone again all the way to Montevideo. Not gonna lie there were a few tears, but now I'm so happy to be here with my new companion Hermana Tolley!! She is from Washington and is absolutely the best. She's been through a lot because her companion got sent home early to finish the mission as a service missionary. Hermana Tolley spent a few d...

Hellooooo how is everyone??! Recently the missionary standards were updated and now we can use only emails to communicate with everyone outside of family, sooo that just means I would love it even extra to hear from you all in email!! ;););) There are lotssss of animals here in Melo and in Uruguay in general. It is rare to enter into a house without cats and dogs. So it was pretty normal to me when one day we walked into someone's house and suddenly I felt a dog biting my bare ankles. I didn't want to make a big reaction especially because I was talking to the owner, but to my surprise, after a moment I looked down and it was her kid...!! a few days later I met some cute grandmas and felt one of their cats sniffing my legs. I didn't really pay much attention to it since I'm so used to animals being all over me hahah. Until I heard a strange noise that sounded like a little pig...picture below!! highlight of my week. Lesson learned, always look for the surprise pets I lo...
