Surprise Pets

Hellooooo how is everyone??! Recently the missionary standards were updated and now we can use only emails to communicate with everyone outside of family, sooo that just means I would love it even extra to hear from you all in email!! ;););)

There are lotssss of animals here in Melo and in Uruguay in general. It is rare to enter into a house without cats and dogs. So it was pretty normal to me when one day we walked into someone's house and suddenly I felt a dog biting my bare ankles. I didn't want to make a big reaction especially because I was talking to the owner, but to my surprise, after a moment I looked down and it was her kid...!! a few days later I met some cute grandmas and felt one of their cats sniffing my legs. I didn't really pay much attention to it since I'm so used to animals being all over me hahah. Until I heard a strange noise that sounded like a little pig...picture below!! highlight of my week. Lesson learned, always look for the surprise pets

I love this scripture in D&C 122:8-9. Sometimes I feel like nobody understands what I'm going through, the pain i feel, or how hard my trials are. But Christ does! He felt all of our pains because he descended below it all. And because of that, He will always be with us.

"8 The Son of Man hath descended below them all. Art thou greater than he?
9 Therefore, hold on thy way, and the priesthood shall remain with thee; for their bounds are set, they cannot pass. Thy days are known, and thy years shall not be numbered less; therefore, fear not what man can do, for God shall be with you forever and ever."

Love you all!!
