TRIO?!

Hey everyone!! This week was super crazy!! We had transfers and i was so surprised when i found out i was leaving my area after only being there for 6 weeks! Ive had lots of quick tranfers, but this one flew by! Its always sad to leave an area, especially because our friend Roberto is getting baptized this weekend! It was such a special experience to see how the gospel changed his life... he was able to stop smoking after trying to for almost 10 years!!

Then in our meeting for transfers, i found out that i was being put into a trio in the farthest city in our mission, Melo. 

 but my new companions were already together in my new area and I would be traveling to meet them. My mission pres told me that I'd have the special privilege of traveling "solita" to my new area... which here means as I found out: a lonely 6 hour bus ride with a few tears and a phone without service. Hahaha. Luckily I tagged along with some elders that were headed my way and they helped get in contact with my new comps that were already in Melo waiting for me! So crazy.

One of my comps is from Arizona, the other is fresh out of Brazil and is finishing her training as a new missionary! Not gonna lie, I cannot understand a word she says. She's still learning Spanish and I do not speak Portuguese but she seems super great but something I have figured out tho is that she must really like airplanes... because every time one flies by she gets super excited and points them all out to me. So adorable.
